Monthly Schedule

Have a look through our schedule and find a class for you! If you are new to Overhaul Fitness you can claim your free trial pass and train unlimited for one week. This is a great way to see if our training is something for you!

Personal Training

Invest in yourself and make sure you feel the best possible. Our 1 on 1 personal training sessions are 100% focused on you and your goals. We make specific programs suited for your fitness level and where you want to be. 

 You will also receive a free consultation for goal setting, nutrition evaluation and mindset.

Frequently asked questions

Yes! Everyone is welcome to join Overhaul Fitness. If you are new to exercising or haven’t done any activities for a while we suggest starting out with our personal training session to learn proper techniques and build a strong foundation.

Our Overhaul app is free and available on both google play and app store. You can view class schedule, sign up for classes and appointments, view ongoing promotions, as well as finding our studio location and contact information. 

Yes! Our Performance Program is focused on injury specific training. Over 12 weeks we will build the foundations behind a strong body, free up your mobility to move without pain and develop the strength to return to sport and live pain free.

Yes. If you going away and need to put your membership on hold, we offer 4 weeks suspension of your membership every 12 months. 

Yes! If you are new to Overhaul you are more than welcome to join one of our group classes for free! We do recommend booking in a free consultation before getting started so we can learn about your past training history, injuries ect. We look forward to seeing you at the gym!
