One happy gal! 😍 After a knee injury last August that progressively got worse, in February I got in contact with Chris from Overhaul Fitness at Caloundra. I hadn’t been able to run since last August and the knee pain eventually stopped me from climbing/hiking as much as I’d have liked too. Well, yesterday I climbed Mount Beerwah and for the first time in months, I had absolutely no pain. I only started with Chris just over two months ago and I’m absolutely stoked with how good my knees feel. Yew yewww 😍👏🏼 thank you so much!

After being diagnosed with a hip impingement and experiencing hip pain even after walking I became fearful of doing anything! Wanting to avoid the seemingly inevitable surgery I saw Chris and joined his program. I went from being worried about just walking to being able to do seemingly anything without pain, and with growing mobility every week!
