Chris Dyer – CEO and Founder

Hi guys, my name is Chris and I have owned and run Overhaul Fitness since 2013. In that time I have helped thousands of people achieve their goals through movement, education and support.

I am a big advocate for self development, expanding my mindset and overall growth. I love sport, adventuring new places and long walks down the beach holding hands… Whoops, wrong post. I mean training!! 😉😀 Continuing on, I like to make training fun and have a good laugh along the way. 

I have a strong background in strength and conditioning through the completion of my 3 year Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science Degree as well as Performance Enhancement for athletes, injury prevention and rehabilitation for clients to avoid injuries, operations and move freely without pain.  

You can generally catch me training with the team in the 6 am functional groups or playing around in our handstand, ring skills and backflip/tumbling classes! I hope to see you guys in the gym! 😀

Gabriel EL Hanbli – Head CoachHi! my name is Gab and I’m a french Canadian who just arrived in Australia in 2022!I have had a passion for sport and helping people ever since I can remember. During my sport career, I reached national level in gymnastics before transitioning to track and field where I quickly became national champion in 400m Hurdles and competed internationally for over 10 years. 

After retiring from professional sport, I completed my bachelor degree in exercices physiology with a major in sport performance. I started training people from many different paths of life. I helped people with many different goals like rehab post injury, weight lost, sport performance and general health and wellbeing. I’m result driven and love to see people progress and be the best version of themselves. I’m a strong believer in mastering basic movements that later-on unlock many skills that make your fitness journey easier and more enjoyable.When I’m not at the gym I’m probably with my wife and 2 daughters, surfing, rock climbing, stretching or running long distances. I’m always up for challenge like a Crossfit competition, a team challenge, a marathon or a spartan race! I love testing the human body to see it’s capabilities!

Howdy ✌🏽 coach Tim here, super stoked to finally join the Overhaul fam!

I’ve quite literally spent my entire life immersed in the world of high-performance sport and fitness, having been a 2 time professional athlete since I was a teen & now being on the other side of the fence for the last 4years as a coach.

My specialty’s human movement, whether it be high performance or injury rehab, I literally just want to help people unlock their full potential and realise what the human machine is truly capable of when we address all your pillars of health and performance holistically.
