Our group training memberships includes all group classes at our facility! We offer a wide range of different classes and have limited our classes to 12 people to make sure we can give quality training to everyone. Classes includes functional training, strength, mobility, core and outdoor activities.
Below you can find our different gym membership options. All of our memberships includes 12 weeks catch-ups where we revaluate goals and track progress. We always recommend getting started with one of our personal trainers to build a strong base and learn proper technique.
