1 on 1 Personal Training is a great way to get the most out of your training. You will receive accountablity , personalised program specific to your needs and goals.  
All progrmans includes 12 week catch up to revaluate your goals, performance and tracking. 

Intro Offer - 3x PT Sessions 45min $150

If so our PT intro offer is for you!! These sessions focus specifically on you, your goals and the best way to achieve them. There are so many factors to why you are or are not achieving your goals so having this level of accountability will always see you go further.
 

45min Personal Training - $75

Personalised to your specific health and fitness goals our personal training sessions are the best way to guarantee the successful completion of your goals and intensity your results. You will receive continuous support, encouragment and accountability.

Consultation - $75

We think it is super important to reflect and revaluate our goals and habits regularly to see if we are on the right path and where changes needs to be made. We go through your specific health and fitness goals, measurements, nutrition evaluation and performance tracking.

Performance Program - $150

Would you like to get back into sport, improve your performance or be able to run around with your children? We are offering a 12 week performance program focusing on fixing injuries, improving performance and mobility allowing you to return to sport pain free.

Our program includes 2 x 45min PT sessions per week, 1 x Mobility class, nutrition evaluation, accountability, targets and goal setting.

High Performance Program - $199

Would you like to get back into sport, improve your performance or be able to run around with your children?We are offering a 12 week performance program focusing on fixing injuries, improving performance and mobility allowing you to return to sport pain free.

Our program includes 2 x PT sessions per week, unlimited group training and nutrition evaluation, accountability, targets and goal setting.
